The best thing is it is free if you don’t mind commercials in between tunes. I recommend Asana-Music for Yoga and Sacred sounds Radio. Just type either in the search engine, or click New Age under Browse Genres.

This Canadian web site has a nice feature where they show you simple yoga exercises to integrate into your daily life. Most of them are very practical and can be done at work or home when you have a few minutes to spare.
Well, there is nothing like diving into a heavy topic like this. Many people from all ages have attempted to answer this question. But for me, I definitely am in sync with Howard Napper in this article about the nature of enlightenment.When I was younger I used to think of Enlightenment as a permanent state of being. Some how once the switch was flipped and the light turned on there was a permanent state of insight and understanding. Now I accept that there is no enlightened “state” only a series of englightened actions, depending on my state of awareness from moment to moment. Yoga is my tool for keeping me in this state of awareness. I hope you enjoy Howard’s article.
